Hi Everyone!
Here is a chick that sat through the whole Oscars yesterday and was completely elated and inspired:) I love movies and I love acting, that is truly my dream career. So, how did I feel as I watched the Oscars last night? Inspired! I loved watching all of the great acting performances and seeing all the recognitions and acceptances. I realized as I watched them that I hadn't watched a lot of the winning films. What is my plan now? Going to the movie rentals and renting all of the movies and sitting down to watch them in a mega movie night! Maybe not all in one night but I am planning on seeing them. I was surprised that the movie Tangled was not nominated for anything but best Original song and they didn't even win! I loved Tangled, a "modern" version of Rapunzel. I cant wait for it to come out in DVD because I will be definitely be renting and watching it! If you have not seen it I recommend it 100%! I got inspired by the Oscars too. I think the show was very good overall. However I found the hosting from James Franco a little bit poor. I expected more from him but looks like he might have had some issues about hosting the event. Anne was fabulous. She is not the most expert but it showed that she try her best. I love movies too! They transport us to another world and make us sometimes reflect about many things in life. They also take us away into imaginary worlds with no compare!
