Craft Of The Month* March*

**Craft of the month**

On February we showed a project about organizing and this month here is yet another project about organization. Do you and your family like eating cereal? Those boxes wont end up in the trash no more! You can turn them into an awesome stationary organizer for your desk or office. We are attaching this post with an extra tutorial but check out this months craft first!:)

A little info on this Craft:
-These are two cereal boxes glued together with a hot glue gun.
- The boxes were both cut on the sides, one a bit more than the other to make it look like stairs.
-Both boxes were wrapped with magazine pages cut into long strips.
- When Both boxes had dried they were glued together and wrapped with a light blue dark blue pocka dot ribbon that was tied into a bow at the front.

Dealing With Magazine Wrapping Tutorial

Getting To Know Your Color Wheel

Magazines are books filled with color! Its not so hard to pick a color pallet and browse your magazine for these colors. You can pick three, two, one, four ,ten colors and make it look like a rainbow! As you can see in our project above we did not take out our color wheel. What we did was stick to looking for pages with things or images of pretty colors and things we liked so our project is kind of a collage of our favorite things! Yet if you pick one color and stick to it and find it in different shades your project will look absolutely gorgeous, just as well as if you picked a pallet! You can do this project by sticking to colors! Anything can look a billion times better just because it has a certain color pallet.

Getting to Know Yourself:)

Above we told you how our project was kind of a collage of our favorite things, take a look above to see a closer look of some of the magazine strips we picked out. Like we said you can stick to color or to yourself and that is the magic of wrapping with magazines! Its such a flexible way of decorating your things because there are pictures of everything in magazines, its like a variety of wrapping paper instead of one with the same pattern repeating over and over. So if you want to "get to know yourself" you can make a list of your favorite things or things that appeal to you and look for them in magazines, cut them out or strip them into strips like we did and glue into your project to decorate!

With Love,
