From Helping Us with the look of our site by designing a custom made and original logo to helping to organize and decorate our 15th birthday party by designing a whole birthday party theme of France and spending hours deciding what party flavors to use and what they should look like along with drawing sketches of the candy bar, decorations and so fourth so as to have a complete mental picture of how it would all turn out on the day of the party, Little Things Creations has contributed a lot! We would like to give them a special thanks through this special post where we will share with you there "Thank You Gift".
First, please check out some pictures from the France Birthday Party Theme by Little Things Creations. The cake was made by Susan Diaz and the draping decorations along with the flowers and table cloth were all Rose's doing. These four amazing women made this birthday party a super amazing experience: Fara Medina (Little Things Creation owner and designer), Agnes Santori (Co- Director of the party with Fara), Susan Diaz (Cake designer), Rose Delis (Decoration and flower designer). the Pictures!

Before we go on I want to mention some simple methods we used when constructing this party. They were small things that saved us a lot of $cash$ and were good for the environment! First, take at the look second picture above. Those were our party favors! Those boxes can be purchased at party stores 7 boxes for 15 dollars. Fara wanted those party favors for the party so she went online and got a small box template. Then she bought a pink large project cardboard for less than a dollar. With that cardboard we made about ten boxes! With less than 4 dollars we made at least 20 boxes. The heart boxes were not bought and they were part of the party favors. Fara's sister in law had them left over from her wedding and she gave them to us, so we complemented the boxes with the hearts! This became kind a principle throughout the party planning: Use what you already have. We used containers, table cloths, bases, plates, tables that were already owned by a friend, or family member so we did not have to spend any money in this area!
Now for the the thank you:
I has been meaning to make Fara a ReCycle UniQuiLY beach bag for a while and now I finally did! Here it is! Thank You Fara!
I hope you guys enjoyed it!
With Love,
~Laiana~
Happy belated birthday, Laiana! Looks like you had a fun party. I love how it came together as a natural part of your recycling lifestyle.
ReplyDeleteJust wanted to also let people know that many towns in Puerto Rico DO have a recycling center, and some even offer at-home pick-ups. Just call your local municipio main office to find out more information.
Love, Alison
Thank you Alison! That is definitely true, thanks for the info! It always a great practice to start by the most basic part of all, recycling the stuff that's recycled for you!
